Looks like a hefty reference work :) Is there info about price and shipping rates? Maybe a photo or two more please giving us a idea of what's inside? (Like what Amazon does.)

I also list my book on Ebay frequently. They just instituted a new policy of five free auction listings every 30 days, so I'll be using those as free ads. But I'd rather sell it directly, that is, off Ebay, rather than sharing the sale price with them. ;~)
